I can locate, or map, existing property corner or lines and other important features. Accurate area accurages can be determined and I can prepare a map and provide field markers to facilitate further work by a land surveyor, if necessary. I can determine accurate elevations that could help a landowner determine if they should hire a licensed surveyor or engineer to file a Letter of Map Revision (LOMR) to remove their parcel from the FEMA flood plain, resulting in a potential savings in flood insurance.

I can create maps of property lines & roads from deed records, research courthouse records of surveys or property deeds, and prepare specialty maps.
